Virtual training Group
Training Program: This group challenge is 4-weeks long and will include 5 workouts per week, plus bonus activities as well. The workouts will include HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Strength Training and Cardio Variations to keep the body challenged throughout the entire 4 weeks. Modifications will always be available and workouts can be completed in 45 minutes or less!

What you'll need for your workouts:
