I'm so beyond thrilled to be offering my first online training group. I've been training since 2010 and this has been something I've been wanting to do since then. The goal of this program is to provide health and fitness guidance to those who participate and really start building healthy habits.

Forming a habit takes at least 21 days, so 4 weeks is the minimum time requirement in order to start seeing changes in not only the body, but also the mind.
